Pro Alla Oy 3474080-8 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells the outdoor game Kithon! and its related products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of delivery and prices. All product prices include VAT.

Ordering
Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying the contents of the shopping cart through the checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and the delivery charges. If you provide an email address at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The confirmation will include the ordered products and the total price.
Payment
The payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. Payments are processed via Visma Pay’s online service, and the payee shown on your bank statement or invoice will be Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the merchant. Payment is secure, as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection, so that no external party can see the details.
The sale is concluded between the customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods
Through Visma Pay, you can pay using online banking credentials, a wallet, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment payments. Available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and Alisa Invoice.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments are charged to the card linked to your wallet. If charging the payment fails, MobilePay cannot be used.
OP Invoice: A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to all bank customers. You can make purchases up to €5,000 and pay them interest-free within 45 days, or split the payment into several installments. You must be over 20 years old, have sufficient creditworthiness, and hold Finnish online banking credentials. More info: https://www.op.fi

Delivery
Orders are shipped on business days. Products in stock are typically delivered within 5 business days. Delivery charges are determined based on the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before final confirmation.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify the online store immediately, but no later than within 14 days. Any damage caused during delivery should also be reported to the carrier.
Returns
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact the online store first for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for possible refunds.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by sending a written notice via email.
The online store is liable for defects as required by Finnish law. For complaints, please contact our customer service. In case of disputes, consumers have the right to take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
